1. Overview
Welcome to InstaTints. These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") govern your use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing InstaTints.com or purchasing any product, you agree to comply with these Terms as well as the Refund & Return Policy, Shipping & Processing Policy, and Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and Services immediately.
2. Eligibility
To place an order or use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is truthful and accurate, and that you have legal authority to use the payment method submitted.
3. Orders, Payments & Custom Fabrication
3.1 Payment Requirements
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase. InstaTints accepts major credit cards and other payment methods made available at checkout.
3.2 Custom Fabrication
InstaTints products are custom fabricated to order based solely on the vehicle information provided by the customer at checkout. InstaTints does not verify or modify customer-submitted specifications.
3.3 No Changes Once Fabrication Begins
Because each tint set is produced specifically for a single vehicle, orders cannot be modified after fabrication has begun.
3.4 Cancellations
Cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy:
• Orders canceled before fabrication begins → full refund, including shipping charges and VIP fabrication fees
• Orders canceled after fabrication begins but before shipment → full refund of the purchase price; however, VIP Expedited Fabrication fees remain non-refundable once fabrication begins
• Orders canceled after shipment → eligible under the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee described in the Refund & Return Policy
• Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has shipped
3.5 Refusal of Orders
InstaTints reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
All shipping timelines, carrier expectations, and responsibilities are detailed in our Shipping & Processing Policy. By completing checkout, the customer acknowledges and agrees to that policy. Key points include:
• Shipping speed refers to carrier transit time, not fabrication time
• InstaTints is not responsible for carrier delays
• Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping addresses
• Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once the carrier marks it "Delivered"
• Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility
VIP Expedited Fabrication accelerates fabrication only and does not guarantee delivery speed.
5. Returns, Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee
All returns, refunds, replacements, and Fit Guarantee claims are governed by the Refund & Return Policy, which the customer agrees to at checkout.
At InstaTints, we want customers to feel confident and comfortable trying our product. We stand behind our product experience with a customer-focused 30-Day Money Back Guarantee:
• Customers may return their order within 30 days if unsatisfied for any reason
• Returns are accepted regardless of whether the product has been installed or used
• Customers will receive a full refund of the purchase price of their order once the return is received
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Verified fabrication errors remain covered under the Standard Fit Guarantee, allowing for a no-cost remake or refund
6. Product Use & Installation
Customers are responsible for:
• Reviewing and following all installation instructions
• Ensuring the vehicle matches the specifications submitted at checkout
• Inspecting the tint before installation
• Using only approved cleaning materials on windows before installation
Improper installation, product modification, or misuse may affect product performance; however, it does not void the customer's eligibility under the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
InstaTints is not responsible for:
• Damage to vehicle surfaces caused by installation
• Damage resulting from the use of prohibited cleaners
• Misuse or misapplication of the tint
• Installation performed by third parties
7. VIP Expedited Fabrication Service
If selected, VIP service accelerates the production of your order. It does not guarantee same-day shipping or faster carrier delivery, as external factors such as weather and carrier limitations may apply.
Once fabrication begins, the VIP fee becomes non-refundable.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on InstaTints.com—including product images, text, graphics, logos, videos, and trademarks—is the property of InstaTints or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with the operation of our Services
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
• Upload or transmit harmful code
Violations may result in termination of access and may expose you to legal liability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstaTints and its owners, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Vehicle damage resulting from installation or misuse
• Delays or failures caused by carriers
In no event shall InstaTints' total liability exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability; in such cases, liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section limits or waives the customer's rights under the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
InstaTints provides products as described and makes no guarantees beyond those expressly stated in the Refund & Return Policy and Standard Fit Guarantee. No oral advice or informal communication shall be construed as a modification of these Terms.
InstaTints does not warrant that the website will be error-free or that access will be uninterrupted.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect customer information. By using our Services, you consent to that policy.
13. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Before filing a chargeback, the customer must contact InstaTints at support@instatints.com and allow up to two (2) business days for a response. Filing a chargeback without giving InstaTints an opportunity to resolve the issue violates these Terms and the Refund & Return Policy.
If a chargeback is filed prematurely:
• InstaTints will dispute it
• The customer may forfeit eligibility for refunds, replacements, or compensation
• A bank decision in InstaTints' favor is final
This policy helps ensure fair resolution for both parties.
14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflicts of law. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless prohibited by applicable law.
15. Changes to These Terms
InstaTints may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and apply to future orders immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
