InstaTints proudly offers a customer-focused 30-Day Money Back Guarantee designed to allow customers to experience the product with confidence and without unnecessary purchase risk.

 

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price of your order, regardless of whether the product has been installed or used. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable once shipment has occurred.

Accordingly, InstaTints offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee allowing customers to return their order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, regardless of installation or usage status.

 

2. Vehicle Information Requirements

 

Customers are responsible for confirming that submitted vehicle information is accurate at the time of purchase.

 

If incorrect vehicle information is provided, customers remain eligible for the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

 

3. Custom Fabrication & Cancellations

 

3.1 Cancellation Before Fabrication Begins

 

If fabrication has not yet begun, the customer may cancel the order for a full refund, including shipping charges and VIP fabrication fees.

 

3.2 Cancellation After Fabrication Begins but Before Shipment

 

Customers may still cancel the order and receive a full refund of the purchase price. Because the order has not yet shipped, original shipping charges are also refunded. VIP Expedited Fabrication fees, however, remain non-refundable once fabrication has begun (see Section 3.4).

 

3.3 Cancellation After Shipment

 

Orders remain eligible under the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable once shipment has occurred.

 

3.4 VIP Expedited Fabrication Service

 

VIP fabrication fees become non-refundable once fabrication begins.

 

4. Standard Fit Guarantee

 

InstaTints guarantees that tint sets fabricated using accurate customer-provided vehicle information will match the dimensions of the specified vehicle.

 

Installation or use does not void eligibility under the Standard Fit Guarantee or the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

 

5. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

 

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

 

Returns are accepted regardless of installation status, attempted installation, use, or condition of the tint set.

 

5.1 Return Shipping Costs

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by InstaTints.

 

5.2 Non-Refundable Shipping Charges

 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable once shipment has occurred.

 

5.3 Return Authorization

 

Customers should contact InstaTints before returning an order so return instructions can be provided.

 

5.4 Promotional Bundles (Buy One Get One)

 

Promotional bundle pricing—such as a Buy One Get One 50% Off offer—applies to the order as a whole and is contingent on keeping the complete bundle.

 

If the entire order is returned, the full amount paid is refunded under the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

 

If only part of a bundle is returned and one or more items are kept, the retained item(s) are priced at full (non-discounted) price, and the refund equals the remaining amount actually paid. For a Buy One Get One 50% Off order, returning one set results in a refund of the discounted (half-price) amount, because the set the customer keeps is priced at full price.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following may be excluded from refund eligibility:

• Fraudulent claims

• Intentionally damaged products

• Abusive or bad-faith conduct

• Unauthorized payment activity

 

7. Damaged or Defective Items in Transit

 

Customers should notify InstaTints within seven (7) days of delivery and provide reasonable documentation.

 

8. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

 

Customers are encouraged to contact support@instatints.com before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
